Who is Coach Ava? ​What is my WHY? 

I started my own fitness journey roughly 3 years ago when was severely underweight, and suffered with clinical depression and anxiety. I thought shrinking myself, and becoming lighter and lighter would make me happier.

I created AXB to reflect my personal journey and to help other women never feel the way I did. Through strength training, habit setting and defining a realistic routine, my aim is to YOU to feel strong.

Fast-forward 4 years, and now I strive for STRONG. I feel empowered by my body’s capabilities, and enjoy pushing myself to be better every day. I use my past experiences and thoughts to fuel my work with women to ensure I can do my best to prevent others from feeling the way I did.

Prices and Payment

There are multiple payment options available for coaching. These range from fixed-length plans: 3, 6 and 12 months. The longer you do, the more you save! Plus, there is an option to pay a monthly, Direct Debit, fee.
